Himlavalvet (Heaven's Vault) is a somewhat secret hideout
café in the middle of the city, on top of
Observatorielunden. Having lunch or coffee, relaxing in their garden, being so very close to the busy streets and the traffic on
Sveavägen but yet getting the distinct feeling of being so far away from it... is something I really recommend you to try!
They have different lighter meals on offer, cakes - and the
carrotcake we tried yesterday was just simply a slice of heaven *I suppose I should make a list of best-had-
carrotcakes too...* - coffee and of course their famous homemade
elderflower juice with raspberries. A sip of summer in a glass! Best enjoyed at the Heaven's Vault.

Um, then of course it's a must, I'll try and recollect the carrotcake taste sensations, or not, over the years and return with a list one of these days:)
What does elderflower juice taste like? I don't think I've ever seen or heard of it here in the US.
Oh, it's a bit difficult to describe, like summer in a glass, a bit flowery, a hint of green, refreshing and delicious...!
