i may have emptied åland yesterday on finnish rye bread. sorry. but it really is crazy delicious and good. sure, finnish rye bread is sold in swedish supermarkets too, i've ate them since forever, but i haven't seen this particular brand here. thus had to empty the åland food store's shelves of it.
four ingredients only; wholegrain rye, yeast, salt and water. in this age of all ridiculous and nasty additives i heart that.
top with butter, vegetarian cheese and lots of cucumber. finnish fabulousness.
