It's not easy being a city-cat wanting to catch a bit of fresh air - especially since you're not even allowed out on a stroll in a leash. Though I applaud the fact that cats in that inner city neighbourhood of Stockholm apparently has moved up a notch and reached the status of a dog...
WCB this time is kindly hosted by beautiful Orange one and Gray one at
Belly Timber, come join!
You are so tall up there kitty! What are you seeing?
ReplyDeleteI love that picture of the building! The colors are so rich. And good for Stockholm!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by kitikata-san and sher!
ReplyDeleteOh I just wish the situation for the hundreds of thousands of homeless cats in Sweden would be improved, that so many humans weren't so heartless and assumptive when it comes to animals/cats value, and just perhaps signs like these is a small step forward...
Aww I'm sorry you can't go outside. Not even on a leash? That's just mean! :(
ReplyDeleteDon't fall out of the window, that's really high up!
That's such a lovely picture -- I had to go peek at more Stockholm pictures to look at all the pretty buildings.
ReplyDeleteI've fixed my computer and have finally been able to post last week's WCB round-up. Only a week late! :-(
Katie, well I think this sign basically is a way of saying don't let your dog or cat do their thing in the flower beds or in the immediate vicinity of the house. Which wouldn't be a problem really if every owner actually used poo- bags... Other than that there are green areas to walk both cats and dogs, in leash, close by:)
ReplyDeleteThanks, mizd!
Oh, computers, can't live without them even though they sort of are constant cause for trouble and concern...
