The right actors, and screenplay, will kind of smooth the edges of those stereotypes that's in the book. I found it a bit dragging and I just couldn't complete it.<BR/><BR/>I did manage to finish reading The Jane Austen Book Club, some time ago. I found it a bit pretensious with the characters being real stereotypes, but that was a while ago when I read it.
