Some new companions pre-, in- and post-shower

Recently time has come to say goodbye to some more or less reliable pre-, in- post-shower friends, so here comes a list (oh those lovely lists!) of my new companions:

* Shampoo - that KMS moisture one I wrote about here. Smells divine, creamy foam, leaves hair feeling really clean. Goes very well with Kiehl's olive hair pak. Not at all friends with the --->

* Conditioner - Palmolive Classic Citrus Sensation, the scent reminds me of South Africa, but the hairy end result makes me wonder if all the money paid for overweight on the flight home was worth it...

* Shower creams - Dove Indulging cream shower. Dove products always smells divine, and the result is almost always disappointing... But it's creamy and lasting. Perhaps too lasting...

* Green tea & vitamin E from Tesco. Has absolutely no scent, very unlasting and is basically only good for shampooing the dog or clean out litter boxes...

* Soaps - Kappus strawberry, gorgeous scent, creamy foam, very inclined to get soapdish- sores though...

* L'Occitane orange/cinnamon, very basic, lasting soap with a scent that disappears as soon as the soap gets wet...

* Deo - Rexona activreserve with aloe vera, divine scent but equally undivine deo/antiperspirant effect...

* Hairstyling - KMS hair play I also wrote about here, yummy scent, really great volume/hold effect, but leaves hair feel pretty brittle, dull and in badly need of an hairwash after a simple day's use...

* Kusco-Murphy beach hair, also a lovely fragrance but so-so styling effectwise...

* Hand soap - Sainsbury's coconut handwash, nice scent, not very lasting...

I've also tried that Kiehl's shaving cream now. Totally not worth the price, whatever the price is, since it made neither the shaving easier (it just kept clogging the razor) nor the legs feeling smoother afterwards. I'm quite happy with that for-ever-lasting bottle of Gillette shaving cream I bought ages ago. A very basic, not-much-to-say-about-product, worth its price.

Now it's also time for one of my all time favourite products to appear on the seasonal scene - Boots reviving foot spray! Not sure if its available in every UK Boots-stores, I'm glad I stocked a few of them some years ago, beacuse it's the most heavenly relief for yukky warm, swollen summer-feet and after long walks. Sure keep those feet walking in pursuit for more and more and MORE beautyproducts to try out!
