The Chinese photographer Yanan Li spent a year documenting Stockholm's beautiful City Hall, from tiny details to grand views, from lurid to black-white. The photoproject also resulted in a book called The Unknown City Hall of Stockholm
At the moment there's a lovely little photo-exhibition on at the City Hall, with some of Li's pictures. Quite a few gorgeous ones. And very inspirational too. The photos are soon to leave Stockholm and head out on a worldwide travelling exhibition, on which some of the stops will be Washington, Brussels and Beijing. If you have the chance to see it, catch a glimpse of Stockholm - and a waft of the Nobel Prize festivities - please do. Entrance fee to the exhibition in the City Hall is 20 sek.
