The Park Theatre

Parkteatern (The Park theatre) is a reoccuring summer theatre event i Stockholm since 1942. Every summer, usually June-August, different theatrical events, for all ages, are set up and played on outdoor stages in about 15 different parks all over the city. Well visited and much appreciated, and as it is outdoors and summer many people chose to bring picnic along and watch the plays.

If you paint a bench or chair in a bright, fun colour and take it with you to the events you even get free entrance. Which of course is kind of neat.
