I'm just not quite ready to begin another week. Definitely not accepting the fact that this was the final, proper summer weekend this year. Melancholy seems such a inadequate word for describing the mood for today. Feeling September blue.
you can't possibly be blue with such endearing doggy company, surely? ;-)
ReplyDeleteWhat lovely photos Miss P. We hope that you still get some nice summer sun.
ReplyDeleteAs I get older I seem to find the winters harder and harder to face. I think I may have to move somewhere tropical, but am not sure Miss Poppy would cope.
Beautiful pictures.
ReplyDeleteSometimes, autumn is warm and beautiful in my native country, how's in Sweden ?
ah, one would think so, afos...:)
ReplyDeletethanks, julie, i can still enjoy winters if the weather is the real deal, it's the endless, sloshy, gloomy days i can't bear (with age). sigh.
thanks, danangib, yes, our autumns can be truly lovely and warm (indian summers) too, they're most always very colourful (last autumn was outstanding), but still with the colder weather, the darker evenings, the shorter days, such things can at times make anyone blue...
