fresh strawberries teamed up with elderflower sorbet, mango sorbet and blueberry tofu icecream. delightful to look at, delightful to devour. summer in a bowl indeed.
bonus information; the ice cream scoop from zyliss has been on my wishlist for so long, finally i found the pink one i wanted. and really, its features for scooping up icecreams and sorbets are just... perfectly delightful!
