having this as an evening treat was not wise, it was impossible to sleep of course. a perky smoothie is certainly best enjoyed morning or afternoon for best effect.
here's the simple recipe for this green one -
2 small bananas
2 green apples
a handful of frozen mango
a handful of spinach
a splosh of coconut water of choice
- to be honest i was not impressed with the copa mango coconut water, too much stevia, it would have benefitted lots with less of that sweetness. it was however perfect to add to a smoothie -
whizz it all together in blender. a bobbaloo approved smoothie best eaten with spoon and lots of nuts and seeds.
