~ a generous yelp elite event filled with awesome healthy things (if you could look past the unfortunate meaty parts) at a lovely inner city stockholm hotel with a wonderful ambiance. very nice indeed. a great way to start the day.
~ followed by hours of inspirational conversation over soy latte with a friend and business partner.
~ a great, healthy, flavourful vegan dinner at a well-renowned asian vegan restaurant. the dinner was rounded off with one of the best ice creams i've ever had, bergamot-cardamom-pistachio and a heavenly soy cappuccino.
Oooh. Looking good. How do they make vegan icecream? Do you know? (Sorry too lazy to google it this morning.)
ReplyDelete@elephant's child - i think this one was made with either almond or rice milk, very fresh and delightfully flavoursome! soy milk is also usual but it can leave an unpleasant tang if not skillfully prepared. also coconut milk is an option, i have a few simple recipes with that which i'm going to try.
