Despite carrots being my favourite vegetable and me *suffering* from the carrot defect I didn't know April 4th is Carrot Day! I will from now on treasure April 4th even more.
Sadly I haven't had the opportunity to feast on carrots galore, but I've had a couple of glasses with freshly made juice - carrots, pears and oranges.
And I have an awesome carrot soap.
