So far from my once upon a time reading mojo, but still, pleased I'm currently reading not one but two brick novels. And enjoying the both, not light hearted, quite the opposite but both very enjoyable.
Although Marisha Pessl's 'Nightfilm' gives me the major chills so I can't read before I go to sleep. And 'The casual vacancy' is a rather bleak, but very readable story. Hopefully I'll finish them both within a reasonable time.

ReplyDeleteI read often - and from a range of genres. I haven't read a Casual Vacancy, but am enjoying her series about the detective Cormoran Strike.
Sad to say I don't read any JK Rowling and I tried to read Night Film, but couldn't get into it. Am reading The Minaturist and have a pile of goodies on my nightstand to read.
