world vegan day


This was my simple dinner on this World Vegan Day - guacamole and tortilla chips. For perfection the avocados should have been more ripe, but it was nice just the same. And no animals were harmed in the making of this dish, that certainly trumps any avocado ripeness.

Apart from avocado, yellow onion, tomatos and a dash of lemon juice the guacamole also includes salt and black pepper. The bobbaloos made sure just the right amount was used.
