beautiful brussel sprouts


This Christmas I'll make a vegan creamy brussel sprouts gratin with saffron, saw the recipe last year but never got around trying it. Sounds delicious so I just have to this year!

What's your favourite brussel sprouts recipe?

    Roasted with good olive oil, salt, and pepper. Basic and simple. Yum!
