Recipe: Paprika soup

Easy peasy - as some might put it - to make and quite tasty. Here comes a recipe for paprika soup, serves 4-6. And yes I do like to use the word paprika for paprika instead of pepper...

7 large paprikas/peppers (red/orange/yellow)
5-8 shallots
2 dl creme fraiche
1 l vegetable boullion
sunfloweroil
thyme, salt & pepper

Slice and dice the paprikas and the shallots, but them in a food-processor and mix. I like to keep the mixture a bit chunky.

Put som sunfloweroil in a saucepan, fry the paprika/shallot mix a bit. Add the vegetable boullion and creme fraiche. Spice it up and let it simmer for a while.

Enjoy with a nice eggsandwich or why not a cheezier kind of sandwich!
