Yup, it is that time again, one special Swedish day to be proud of, October 4 - Cinnamon Bun day!
I'm not baking any myself this year, I bought ours at Gamla Enskede Bageri on Friday, put them in freezer and will thaw them later today. That's one favourite place for cinnamon buns, so I'm sure they will more than suffice on this fine day.
