birthday 2025

 














Birthday 2025 turned out to be a most unassuming and quiet affair. 

But at least I tossed together an alright tofu and noodle salad (beetroots, carrots, baby spinach, corn, pickled red onion and sweet chili sauce).

Plus the birthday cake (made from vegan scratch of course) was pretty good too.

Very from the most enjoyable birthdays I’ve had over the years. But life is what it is, and this year it happened to turn out like this.

And an adventure-free day with an early night with a decent book isn’t half bad either. Another year has been added to this life of mine.
