On October 4 we celebrate Cinnamon Bun Day aka Kanelbullens Dag in Sweden. As I suppose most of you are aware of by now, right?
This year I baked my own vegan buns again. Slightly less fancy looking that usual, but just as delicious, and much less mess and cleaning up to do, so win-win.
As October 4th also is shared with World Animal Day having plantbased cinnamon bun is obvious. And baking your own is the most kind to your wallet, so that was also an obvious choice.
Choose kindness. Choose vegan.
