In our current crazy, erratic, topsy turvy, ignorant, selfish, disappointing, gobsmacking times it’s good to remember that there are still little pockets of joy to be grateful for.
Like the fact that we’re celebrating the beloved Swedish pastry Semla today, like every other Fat Tuesday / Shrove Tuesday in Sweden.
As most always my vegan semla came from Bageri Passion in Sundbyberg/Stockholm. It was delicious! And it was actually the very first semla for me this year. Very traditional of me.
Unlike my choice of Snags tightsdu jour, I still support Ukraine. Of course. Like every other sane person. Like Europe.
