* Cleaning out (some of) my closets, deciding which clothes to keep, which to give away and which to sell - check!
I've also kind of decided which clothes that will be on my to-wear-this-season-list. I'm not a fan of that silly idea that you should chuck away things not worn the last year. In my world it's great to rediscover some old favourite-garments from a couple of years or so back. Recycle mix'n'match.
* Tidying up than immense heap of clean laundry that's been piling up in the bedroom - check!
I like to do the laundry, very much actually. But I really don't like to put all that clean and dry laundry back in drawers and closets. One of life's more unpleasant Sisyphean challenges...
I don't like to iron either, the clothes will never ever look as sharp as when bought new anyway and they always crumple up faster than you can say "do not crumple". So I mostly buy and wear clothes that don't need ironing to look good. And the things that still need ironing, they never ever get ironed until the very last minute before wear (and if I say pretty please, it's possible that the house hobgoblin will do it for me...).
Oh I do think it looks more than quite nice to have the closets full of ironed, sharp looking garments. However, that simply doesn't work for me. Never have, never will. Clean and crumpled, that's the story of my closets.
* Sampling the bag of Jelly Belly Beans - check!
Some definitely nicer than others - Chocolate Pudding, Peanut Butter, Strawberry Cheesecake for example. Others tasted suspiciously very much like shampoo - Blueberry, Juicy Pear, Tangerine, Green Apple. Horrible, artificial and by far too sweet. Not really my type of candy - I'm more of a chocolate-nutty kind of gal - , but at least I've done a very elaborate and serious try out.
And once again, this is what life's all about, never ever forget the importance of jelly belly closet cleaning details.
