A Spoonful of Heaven

For obvious reasons there hasn't been a lot of kitchenwitchery for me as lately. But now it seems like I'm more or less my very self again, so as a first tentative step back in k-witchery business I decided to make what sounded like a very simple and tasty dessert - a chocolate & coffee mousse with raspberries.

And my oh my, it was not only the simplest thing to whip together - I didn't even have to use my magic wand, the plain old electric whisk did a good job - it was also a spoonful of heaven! Nearly as delightful as a trip with the broom I'd say, if I had to compare with something more tangible. And those fresh raspberries, mmm...
