the small-sized woolly pumpkin pickers
Currently being unexpectedly swamped with copywriting work -
I'm very grateful of course, but I'm also really looking forward to finding assignments and collaborations where I
a) get reasonably paid for
b) doing things I love and am really good at and
c) at the same time making this world a better place
so if you're listening, oh mighty Universe, I'm so ready for that now! -
I don't find much time for cooking and such. At least not from any intricate recipes. But I'm hoping that I'll find a bit of time very soon to turn these gorgeous pumpkins into creamy pumpkin soups and vegan pumpkin pies. The bobbaloos brought them home so it would be a shame to having let that hard work been a waste - they are so looking forward to a generous portion of pumpkin pie, them small sized woollies.
What do you make and bake with pumpkin?
Do you have any favourite recipe?

I only really do two things with pumpkin. Either cut it up and roast it with other veg, potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots and onions with a bit of oil, pepper, paprika, salt and a sprinkle of chilli flakes, or we make lots of soup out of it. The roast vegetables are nice eaten warm, or cooled in a salad.
Yummy though, pumpkin is one of my fave vegetables.
