This day of Lucia held a well deserved and spirit lifting outdoors hot bubble bath for the latest two rescued by the Fox Rescue Squad - Teddybear Sanctuary, legless teddy rattle and bunny floppy ears.
Currently they hang to dry in front of heat pump. I suspect they're not quite as happy about that part of the introduction treatment, but the squad has done its best to explain the why and the how long.
And that the one loaf shaped sitting below whimpering and drolling with huges jaws ready when/ if they fall will not, under any circumstances whatsoever, be a threat. This is a sanctuary, whatever hardship they have gone through prior to ending up here, they will not have to endure again. Behold two grateful faces.
to be continued...

Hi Pia,
Nice blog... I am Pia from Holland,
see piainbeeld.blogspot.com. Until now with only my poems in Dutch language and some of my sculptures and drawings/paintings. (I discovered blogging just over a month ago). It is nice to read a blog from an other Pia....
Oh, they have such dear little faces. They look quite content in their bath, how sweet.
They look so sweet in the bath.
How cute are they! The little blue fella has made me smile :)
welcome to the blogosphere, pia! I agree, it's always nice to meet other pias:) even if it's a well- known name in sweden it isn't all that common, i didn't came across another pia in school until i went to high school actually. when i was a child i didn't like my name, to short and ungirlish i though then, now i enjoy it very much:)
