happy 5th blogoversary ~

IMG_4624

Today it's been five years since the first tentative post in this blog - where did the time go? - so thank you for these years blog, I couldn't have done it without you. And well, just so you don't get all hoity-toity with self-importance, sweetie, you wouldn't have been without me.

In celebration I feel it appropriate to have a little give away, much like the latest one;

a set of 3 postcards and 1 bookmark (similar to the ones for sale in the Prosit shop on Etsy). Add to that something extra little to beat the possible Autumn blues.

This will be sent to 5 recipients that leave a comment in this blog post and tell what kind of posts you enjoy the most here (be it Stockholm, cats, travels, dogs, Sweden, books, skin care, crafts, etc etc and so forth).

Please leave comment no later than September 22nd CET and you'll participate in the draw.

Now, do enjoy a cup of tea and pink strawberry delight in celebration of this fine blogoversary day ~

Congratulations on your 5th Blogoversary! Wow, that's impressive, to be doing it for five years now.

Personally, I enjoy all your posts, even if I don't always leave a comment. But I particularly like your travels--local or otherwise, all the wonderful cafés and food, your fabulous finds on Etsy and elsewhere, the animals....I always look forward to your photographs and to a glimpse into a life that's far away from mine. :-)

I wish you another five blogging years--and more beyond that!

Yay! Happy blogoversary!

OK, I hope I don't come across as a sycophant: I've started following your blog only 2 years ago but I love it so very much cause, you know, your writing is quite unique and special - you have your own bookmark category in my browser!

I hope you have a wonderful and sweet celebration and many good mood and inspirational days!

(I cannot enter the competition because of silly address reasons but I do like all your writing topics, that's why I keep coming back here)

Dear Pia
Congratulations on your 5th Birthday! That sure is a very long time in blogland - you deserve a long service award!! ;-)
Thank you for the tea and strawberry delight - two of my favourites. And thank you for your comments over at my place of late, I really appreciate them. It always makes me smile when you pop by :-)
Now, as for which posts do I enjoy most?? Well, I have to say your photos are my favourite part as I like your viewpoint on the world. But if I had to choose, I'd say I like the posts on Sweden, as I am always drawn to Scandinavian life. So, I'm raising a cup of tea to 5 more years of great photos, gorgeous cats, and plenty of Swedish life!!!!!!

ooops! I didn't mention the lovely dog, Malte, and he may get hint of the mention of cats and feel most left out - so this comment is just for him: Hi Malte, you are very cute indeed!

Oh Pia,
How can I resist. Firstly Happy 5th Blogiversary. You have been aroudn a long time an so glad you are still around. Looking forward to the next 5 years, maybe a book eh?

I like reading your blog and your ventures, but if I had to choose one thing, it would probably be about your crafts. I rmember being attracted to some knife, fork and spoon earrings and have not stopped 'stopping by your lovely diary blog'. Always a joy to read.

I feel a bit guilty and ashamed that I am just reading this post today. I am usually an avid reader, checking daily for new bloggings, but alas this week has been chaotic. Your blogiversary falls on my daughter's birthday! So perhaps that is an ok excuse ;-)

I enjoy all of your posts, sweet Pia. I can count on your blog to either make me: 1) think, 2) smile, 3) laugh. And frequently, all three. So alas, picking a category is not possible. Though I do thoroughly enjoy your photos.

Happy 5 years!

Dear Pia, happy 5th anniversary! I came upon your blog completely by accident. And while I've never read blogs (and still don't), I now read yours regularly.

I love your posts of Malte and life in Sweden (especially the food). It gives me a nice window from my Brooklyn apartment.

I hope you keep this up for as long as it makes you happy. It makes a lot of us happy too. Thanks so very much.

Happy blogoversary! I actually like the variety in your blog. The pictures are beautiful. I love seeing your crafts and reading your book reviews. I also love hearing about your travels and adventures in Stockholm. I think my favorite thing about your blog is that it is very well-rounded.
