amigurumi semla

Well, look what I've gone and done, a little amigurumi semla (sing., plur. semlor). Easy, fun and with a very rewarding end result I think. Not rewarding as in a real life, delicious edible semla, but definitely pleasing as in cute showbread.

There was the classic semla and
there was a chocolate semla with mocha cream.

And the semlor (plur.) were followed by something else. The explosion photo-style, as M calls it, shows the next project to be finished. Any guess as to what it might be?

The story of semla and older posts on this traditional Swedish lenten bun can be read here;
